DNSFilter is a rapidly growing network security company that protects organizations worldwide through AI-driven threat intelligence, fast and reliable threat protection, and content filtering. The company is seeking a Staff Technical Product Manager to own the endpoint protection platform—the software deployed across laptops, desktops, and mobile devices to keep users safe wherever they work.
In this role, you will own the complete strategy, roadmap, and backlog for the endpoint protection platform across all supported operating systems. Key responsibilities include:
• Owning the strategy and roadmap for the endpoint protection platform, driving consistency across operating systems
• Governing AI activity on devices, including shadow AI use and visibility/control over agents and tools
• Addressing deployment and compatibility challenges across MDM, RMM, scripting, VPNs, and third-party software conflicts
• Making deliberate product decisions around data inspection, logging, and retention to balance encryption and privacy
• Designing user experiences and data interfaces that make capabilities usable, configurable, and measurable
• Working hands-on with Engineering and Architecture on feasibility, trade-offs, and sequencing
• Representing the product to customers, partners, and prospects across enterprise, MSP, OEM, distribution, and direct segments
• Participating in hiring and team building
You will work with a collaborative, results-oriented team in a fast-paced, hyper-growth SaaS environment. The role is fully remote with a strong preference for candidates in Eastern or Central US time zones.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 8+ years of product management experience, including significant time on security, networking, or endpoint products
• Deep understanding of traffic interception, inspection, filtering, and isolation, plus encryption and privacy trade-offs
• Experience with software deployed on uncontrolled machines: MDM, RMM, scripting, software conflicts, VPNs, unfamiliar networks
• Perspective on AI as a security concern (shadow AI, agent/tool visibility) not just a development tool
• Track record of taking undefined problems through to shipped products
• Experience designing for technical users (interfaces, reporting, data)
• Hands-on collaboration with engineers; ability to write roadmaps and individual work items
• Proficiency using AI tools (Claude in particular) to move faster, with clear judgment on where they help
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical trade-offs to executives, customers, and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work hours overlapping with ET
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
BONUS:
• Experience with multi-tenant, white-label, or partner-delivered products
• Prior engineering, solutions architecture, or security research background
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and modern product analytics/customer feedback tools
