The SRE team is responsible for availability, performance, monitoring, and capacity planning of global services. As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer on the Spend team, you will architect and implement cloud infrastructure for new services and roadmap initiatives, working closely with product teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions. Key responsibilities include: architecting and implementing cloud infrastructure for new services and roadmap initiatives; embedding with development teams to drive reliability, performance, and operational readiness; leading incident response, observability, and automation across critical systems; owning team-level SLOs, runbooks, and DevOps performance metrics; and collaborating with central DevOps and security teams to ensure compliance and resilience. You bring minimum 7 years of SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure-focused engineering experience, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. You have deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, observability, and incident response. You can lead SRE strategy for large-scale, cross-functional projects and have proven ability supporting production systems with high availability and compliance requirements. You guide developers on reliability best practices and work effectively in collaborative, fast-paced environments. Preferred qualifications include fintech or regulated industry experience and familiarity with data streaming, analytics pipelines, or financial data systems.
