Shield AI, a venture-backed defense-tech company, is seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead talent strategy across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific) with a primary focus on the Middle East region. This is a high-impact, business-critical role supporting Shield AI's international expansion and market entries.
You will operate as a strategic advisor and market expert, not a transactional recruiter. Key responsibilities include:
• Building and scaling best-in-class sales and engineering organizations across diverse EMEA markets
• Partnering with senior leadership to shape talent strategy and enable organizational growth
• Serving as a market expert on talent landscapes in target regions, particularly the Middle East
• Owning how talent acquisition enables scale and supports new market entries
• Developing recruitment strategies tailored to regional markets and business needs
• Building relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders to understand talent requirements
