Shield AI is seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment efforts across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific), with particular focus on the Middle East region. This is a high-impact, business-critical role supporting Shield AI's international expansion and market entries.
You will operate as a strategic advisor and market expert, not a transactional recruiter. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and scaling best-in-class sales and engineering organizations across diverse EMEA markets
- Partnering with senior leadership to shape talent strategy and enable organizational growth
- Serving as a market expert on talent landscapes in EMEA, particularly the Middle East
- Owning how talent acquisition enables scale and supports new market entries
- Developing recruitment strategies that align with business expansion goals
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and leaders across regions
