Keycard is building identity and access infrastructure for the agent-native era, where AI agents operate with verified identities and short-lived, task-scoped credentials. The company is backed by a16z, Boldstart, and Acrew, with a founding team from Snyk, Auth0, HashiCorp, and Heroku.
You'll serve as Staff Product Marketing Manager, a senior individual contributor role for someone with prior product marketing leadership experience who wants to be hands-on again. You'll shape how Keycard wins enterprise security buyers—security architects, CISOs, and platform leaders moving agents into production. Your work will directly influence the story the sales team tells, the materials they use, and how each product release strengthens market position.
You'll split time between customer calls, writing battlecards, planning launches, and presenting messaging to leadership. As the enterprise motion grows, you'll help define what product marketing needs next.
Key responsibilities include: setting enterprise positioning strategy for security and platform buyers; running win-loss analysis and competitive tracking; building deep buyer insights and sharing them with Sales, Marketing, and Product; creating sales enablement materials (discovery questions, pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, objection handling, case studies); planning and executing enterprise product launches; developing customer stories and case studies; and supporting analyst relations and executive conversations.
In your first 90 days, you'll learn the product and competitive landscape through sales calls, ship a refreshed enterprise pitch deck and battlecards, create a launch playbook and run your first launch, and publish your first customer case study.
The role offers market-competitive salary, generous equity (4-year vest, 1-year cliff), comprehensive health/dental/vision/paramedical coverage, 4 weeks vacation, 11 statutory holidays, 1 volunteer day annually, MacBook Pro, $500 peripherals stipend, and access to best-in-class AI tools. The company is remote-first with hiring focused in North and South America.

- Clear writing ability: turning complicated ideas into simple, persuasive messaging
