Salary: EUR 2,473 - 3,091 / monthly
Wolt is a delivery platform operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries, now part of the DoorDash family. As a Wolt Market Content Specialist, you will own a central part of the customer experience by creating and enhancing the retail selection through the Wolt Market Catalog and executing events and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative product content strategies focused on the Catalog, Marketing, and Promotions to inspire and engage customers and drive conversion.
- Ensure content accuracy, completeness, and relevance by researching missing information in collaboration with vendors to optimize the customer journey.
- Analyze customer signals and existing data to identify actionable insights, flag challenges and opportunities, and draft solutions for seamless customer experiences.
- Drive standardization and automation across Catalog and Promotions while maintaining search optimization best practices, and share learnings with the global Content community.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Category, Inventory, Operations, and Local Marketing Managers to improve assortment and drive sales and conversion.
- Follow content strategy guidelines and proactively suggest improvements based on identified opportunities.
You will be expected to work independently with exceptional execution capabilities while receiving support and mentorship from the team.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience handling processes and large datasets, converting them into customer insights and actionable improvements.
- Background in Trade Marketing and Merchandising with proven ability to guide high-quality traffic to venues.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis, dive deep into problems, and recommend solutions. Knowledge of Looker and SQL is a strong plus.
- High attention to detail with precise and effective customer communication skills; proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in G Suite or MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Fluency in English and a relevant local language (Estonian preferred for this role).
