Eucalyptus (now part of Hims & Hers) is a digital healthcare company on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. The company operates Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalized nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care. Eucalyptus also operates a growing family of digital healthcare clinics (Pilot, Kin, Software, Compound) across men's health, fertility, skincare, and preventative health, serving patients across Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan, and Canada.
This is a senior, high-ownership role at the center of Hims' growth engine. You will own paid media (brand and performance) end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance across critical acquisition channels, partnering closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to drive measurable, scalable outcomes. The role reports to the Head of Growth within the Marketing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the paid growth engine end-to-end: define and execute channel strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms, making campaign and budget allocation decisions by triangulating first-party blended and attributed data sources.
- Drive creative-performance loops: partner with creative teams to ideate, brief, test, and iterate on high-performing ad concepts; build a creative review process using structured creative analysis.
- Lead a rigorous test-and-learn roadmap: build and run structured experiments across audiences, creative, bidding strategies, and landing experiences to continuously improve efficiency and scale.
- Own performance analytics and reporting: translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations; diagnose performance issues using first- and third-party data.
- Champion measurement excellence: apply best practices across attribution, incrementality testing, and full-funnel performance tracking.
- Influence cross-functional growth strategy: collaborate with product, analytics, and senior leadership to shape priorities and stay ahead of platform changes.
- Complete ownership of paid accounts: build accounts from scratch, oversee pixel implementation, ensure best-in-class campaign structure, and launch, maintain, and optimize ads.
The company is targeting 1 million patients globally over the next three years and is building a preventive healthcare ecosystem across new conditions, demographics, and geographies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of significant hands-on experience running multiple accounts across several channels in performance marketing or paid media
- Strong experience with Meta and Google performance channels with a track record of driving efficient customer acquisition
- Deeply analytical: comfortable working with first and third-party data, attribution models, and blended performance metrics; able to translate complexity into clear recommendations
- Structured experimenter: build test-and-learn frameworks rather than one-off tests; know how to separate signal from noise
- Extensive experience working closely with creative teams: comfortable collaborating daily, writing compelling creative briefs, influencing product roadmap conversations, and presenting performance strategy to senior stakeholders
- Confident with AI tools: regularly use AI to analyze and identify data concerns before formulating recommendations
- Ability to translate performance metrics into business outcomes: understand CAC implications, impact on business, and budget building to achieve order targets
- Proactive and commercially minded with genuine curiosity about platform mechanics, consumer behavior, and what makes paid media work at scale
Nice to haves:
- Background in D2C, consumer, or subscription-based businesses with focus on ROI, LTV, and retention
- Experience with incrementality testing, media mix modeling, or advanced attribution methodologies
- Hands-on experience running TikTok or YouTube as supplementary acquisition channels at scale
