Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own and scale the Salesforce Government Cloud CRM platform that powers critical internal operations across the company. This is a high-impact role within the Corporate Systems team (CorpOS), where you'll partner with Growth Operations, Business Development, Mission & Deployment Operations, Legal, Finance, and other cross-functional teams that depend on Salesforce daily. You will own a 12–18 month feature roadmap for the Gov Cloud CRM platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable KPIs. You'll skillfully manage competing stakeholder requests, prioritizing high-value initiatives that drive real outcomes. Working closely with Technical Architects and Developers, you'll evaluate new Salesforce capabilities, plan platform upgrades, and design scalable, compliant solutions. On the execution side, you'll write clear user stories with precise acceptance criteria, manage backlog refinement, and facilitate sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews). You'll perform hands-on business analysis, light project management, and QA testing to support the team. You'll coordinate release schedules, create release notes and user documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders. You'll drive user adoption and platform engagement through targeted training, community building, and ongoing feedback loops. This role requires deep collaboration with engineers, architects, and cross-functional leaders to define requirements and manage expectations. Minimum qualifications: 7+ years of digital product management with a proven track record from discovery to launch; 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience (specifically Sales Cloud); deep experience in Agile/Scrum environments managing backlogs and leading ceremonies; proven collaboration with engineers and architects on technical solutions; Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent. Preferred: direct Salesforce Gov Cloud experience and exposure to other Salesforce Clouds (Analytics, Experience Cloud, etc.).
