1Password is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead enterprise readiness and platform modernization strategy for SaaS Manager, the company's product for helping organizations discover, understand, and govern employee SaaS applications. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization across a multi-quarter initiative spanning data ingestion, integrations, reliability, admin experiences, and responsible AI capabilities. Reporting to the Director of Product, SaaS Manager, you will lead discovery with customers and internal partners to identify high-impact enterprise problems and workflows. You'll determine how to sequence capabilities—data ingestion, near-real-time processing, integrations, observability, and admin experiences—to deliver customer value. Partner closely with Engineering and Design to evaluate architecture options, clarify requirements, and translate complex problems into shippable milestones. You will define success metrics and work with Product Analytics and Data teams to measure reliability, adoption, customer impact, and business outcomes. A key responsibility is aligning multiple Product and Engineering teams around priorities, decisions, dependencies, and delivery risks. You'll coordinate launches, go-to-market readiness, customer feedback, and ongoing iteration as the product evolves. 1Password is a market leader in enterprise password management and Unified Access Management, trusted by over 180,000 businesses including Fortune 100 companies. The company has surpassed $400M ARR, earned four consecutive Forbes Cloud 100 spots, and partners with organizations like Oracle Red Bull Racing. The team thoughtfully integrates AI across product development—engineers use AI-assisted coding, product managers synthesize research at scale, and designers prototype with AI-generated mockups—all guided by clear principles and human accountability. Required qualifications: 8+ years of product management experience with end-to-end strategy and roadmap ownership for B2B SaaS products. Technical fluency with integrations, APIs, data pipelines, platform architecture, and enterprise-scale trade-offs. Experience leading complex, multi-quarter initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Security, Privacy, and cross-functional teams. Strong product discovery, problem framing, iterative validation, prioritization, and success measurement skills. Clear written and verbal communication to explain recommendations, trade-offs, and risks to technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred: Experience with SaaS management, license management, IT asset management, identity and access management, cybersecurity, or technically complex enterprise products. Familiarity with third-party SaaS ecosystems including SSO, SCIM, OAuth, audit logs, and responsible AI-assisted product development.
