Step, a fintech company owned by Beast Industries (MrBeast's company), is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end development of a core product area. The role sits at the intersection of customer experience, business performance, and regulatory compliance, balancing growth, risk, and compliance as the company scales.
You will partner with leadership to define vision and strategy for your product area, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. You'll own your roadmap from problem definition through launch, iteration, and scale. The role requires leveraging analytics, user research, and industry trends to identify high-impact features and experiments. You'll write clear specifications outlining problems, objectives, solutions, decision rationale, and success metrics.
Cross-functional collaboration is central: you'll work with design, engineering, data science, legal, compliance, operations, marketing, and finance to build, launch, and scale products. You'll monitor key metrics, measure impact, and iterate based on learnings. A critical responsibility is balancing growth, risk, and compliance in product decisions, communicating tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders. The role emphasizes using AI tools to deliver better consumer experiences and business outcomes faster.
