Kit is an email marketing and creator platform helping coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products in one integrated hub. The company is 100% independent, 100% remote, and on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using their platform.
As Senior Product Manager for Email & Publishing Tools, you'll own the core publishing platform that powers how creators build and send content—email templates, landing pages, forms, newsletter sites, and more. You'll drive end-to-end product ownership of key surfaces, from identifying opportunities through shipping features that impact hundreds of thousands of creators and over a billion subscribers.
You'll report to the Chief Product Officer and collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Success, and Sales. Your first week involves onboarding into Kit's product ecosystem and tooling (Linear, Mixpanel, Omni, design stack). By month one, you'll have shipped your first feature in close partnership with cross-functional teams. Within six months, you'll have established a clear point of view on competitive positioning and success metrics. Over your first year, you'll lead major initiatives from conception through successful launch.
Success requires 6–9+ years of product management experience with significant ownership of core, revenue-driving product areas. Ideal candidates have proven track records building high-quality, scaled software—particularly creation tools, editors, or content/publishing surfaces. You should bring deep experience with online content creation, strong collaboration with design on craft and visual polish, data-informed decision-making, systems thinking, and AI fluency. You'll need high ownership in ambiguous environments, clear communication across multiple levels, strong taste for craft and visual quality, and the ability to balance short-term wins with long-term vision.
The role is fully remote with team members globally distributed. Consistent overlap with Engineering, Product, and Design teams across Europe and the U.S. is required. Fixed meetings occur 10:45–11:45 a.m. Eastern on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with 12:00–2:00 p.m. Eastern generally reserved for recurring cross-functional meetings and planning. Fridays are focus days with no recurring meetings.
