Kit is an email marketing and creator platform helping coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives grow audiences, automate marketing, and sell digital products. The company is 100% independent, fully remote, and on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using their platform.
You'll join the Builders team as a Senior Product Manager, owning core publishing platform surfaces including email templates, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites. This is foundational to Kit's value proposition—every creator's journey begins with building content, and you'll shape that experience to be fast, flexible, and delightful.
You'll own key product surfaces end-to-end, from identifying opportunities through shipping features that impact hundreds of thousands of creators and over a billion subscribers. You'll report to the Chief Product Officer and collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Success, and Sales teams.
In your first week, you'll immerse yourself in Kit's product ecosystem and tooling (Linear, Mixpanel, Omni, design stack). By month one, you'll have shipped your first feature in close partnership with engineering, design, and marketing. Within six months, you'll have established a clear point of view on competitive positioning and success metrics. Over your first year, you'll lead major initiatives from conception through successful launch.
You bring 6–9+ years of product management experience with significant ownership of core, revenue-driving product areas. You have a proven track record building high-quality, scaled software—ideally including creation tools, editors, or content/publishing surfaces. You're deeply familiar with content creation online and have partnered closely with design teams on long-term product vision and visual craft.
Key strengths include data-informed decision-making, strong product judgment, systems thinking, deep design collaboration, cross-functional influence, and AI fluency. You communicate clearly, think strategically, maintain high ownership in ambiguous environments, and balance short-term wins with long-term vision. You care deeply about craft, visual quality, and customer outcomes while maintaining business discipline.
The role is 100% remote with global team members. Consistent overlap with Engineering, Product, and Design teams across Europe and the U.S. is required. Fixed meetings occur 10:45–11:45 a.m. Eastern on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with 12:00–2:00 p.m. Eastern generally available for recurring meetings and planning. Fridays are focus days with no recurring meetings.
