NetBox Labs is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the Network Observability product line, reporting to the Director of Product. You will drive products from definition through GA and beyond, partnering with Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM to build observability solutions that help network operators understand and troubleshoot their networks in production.
In this role, you will own the full product lifecycle for Network Observability features across Cloud and Enterprise deployments. You'll serve as a subject matter expert in network observability, telemetry collection, data modeling, and how operators use these tools to detect and resolve production issues. You'll prototype to validate ideas quickly with engineering and customers, engage directly in discovery and technical pre-sales conversations, and participate in design partner programs. You'll partner across Discovery and Assurance teams to ensure coherent platform offerings, and define success metrics to drive roadmap decisions.
