Traba is building an AI operating layer for the industrial supply chain, starting with contingent labor in manufacturing and logistics. The company has embedded itself into customer operations through workforce management and is now expanding into broader operational workflows. Backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst, Traba has proprietary data from millions of shifts and deep enterprise relationships. As Staff Product Manager for Marketplace, you will own and evolve the staffing product at the center of Traba's two-sided marketplace, balancing enterprise customers (distribution centers, manufacturing facilities) with worker supply. You report directly to the VP of Product. Key responsibilities include: architecting product strategy across staffing and marketplace workflows; solving complex marketplace problems by balancing customer needs, operational realities, and business outcomes; writing detailed product requirements and partnering with engineering; building systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency; using data to uncover patterns and answer critical questions; translating operational complexity into scalable product systems; designing internal tooling and technical solutions; launching and iterating products across customers and regions; and communicating complex ideas across all organizational levels. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, product designers, data analysts, other product managers, operations teams, and field teams to design and ship practical solutions into industrial facilities. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of product management experience with evidence of shipping products that materially moved business outcomes. You should have strong experience in two-sided marketplaces with real supply-and-demand dynamics, building enterprise products for multi-stakeholder customers with complex operational environments, and creating internal operational tooling. You are customer-obsessed, spending time on-site with both customers and workers; AI-native in how you operate; a first-principles thinker; an operations systems builder; and deeply collaborative across functions. Strong technical fluency, startup experience, and a builder mentality are essential.
