Traba is building an AI operating layer for the industrial supply chain, starting with contingent labor in manufacturing and logistics. As Staff Product Manager for Marketplace, you will own the staffing product at the center of Traba's two-sided marketplace, balancing enterprise customers (distribution centers, manufacturing lines) and worker supply. You report directly to the VP of Product and collaborate with engineering, design, data analytics, operations, and field teams.
Key responsibilities include: architecting product strategy across staffing and marketplace workflows; solving complex marketplace problems by balancing customer needs, operational realities, and business outcomes; writing detailed product requirements and partnering with engineering; building systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency; using data to uncover patterns and answer critical questions; translating operational complexity into scalable product systems; designing internal tooling and technical solutions; launching and iterating products across customers and regions; and communicating complex ideas across all organizational levels.
You are expected to be customer-obsessed, spending time on-site with both customers and workers. You operate as an AI-native, prototyping before specs and building internal agents for research. You have deep marketplace operator experience with supply/demand dynamics, liquidity, matching systems, incentives, and fulfillment. You bring enterprise B2B muscle for complex multi-stakeholder customers with long sales cycles. You think from first principles, understand systems deeply, and have built operational products or internal tools. You move quickly, embrace ambiguity, and work seamlessly across functions.
