Brex is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Growth to lead the re-architecture of its go-to-market (GTM) systems with modern, AI-powered infrastructure. This is a high-impact role owning critical GTM metrics and defining product strategy to drive step-change improvements across the revenue funnel. You will own initiatives spanning AI agents embedded in GTM workflows (prospecting, lead qualification, onboarding, lifecycle engagement), intelligent outbound and lifecycle automation with dynamic personalization, ML-driven pipeline prioritization and scoring, application and onboarding optimization to reduce friction and predict drop-off, experimentation infrastructure for rapid testing of AI-driven interventions, and revenue tooling platforms that compound productivity gains for sales and marketing teams. Key responsibilities include identifying structural bottlenecks across the revenue funnel (tooling, automation, data, incentives, workflows) and designing systems to address them; leading 0→1 and 1→N initiatives that re-architect GTM infrastructure; partnering deeply with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Engineering, Legal, IT, and Data teams; influencing stakeholders through clear strategy and measurable results; establishing input/output metrics and operating with rigor on experimentation and prioritization; and helping define and scale Brex's Growth Product function. Required qualifications include experience building and scaling growth, revenue, or GTM systems in high-growth technology companies; owning and materially moving company-level metrics; strong systems thinking to identify leverage points across product, process, and people; demonstrated track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility; deep analytical fluency with funnel metrics, experimentation frameworks, and data tools (SQL proficiency preferred); and high execution standards. The role is based in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City with a hybrid arrangement requiring in-office presence at least three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday). Remote work is permitted up to four weeks annually in minimum one-week blocks.
