Eye Security is a European cybersecurity company combining detection, response, and embedded cyber insurance solutions. Headquartered in the Netherlands with 190+ FTEs and €60M Series C funding, the company is scaling rapidly across Europe.
You will own the complete product strategy and roadmap for Eye Security's Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and Incident Response (IR) capabilities—the company's most strategic product area. This is a senior individual contributor and thought leadership role with full autonomy over a mission-critical product domain.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and communicating long-term product vision and strategy for MDR/EDR/IR; defining strategic priorities and influencing company OKRs
- Defining and maintaining the product roadmap aligned with company vision, market opportunity, and customer needs
- Driving discovery practices to understand customer problems and pain points
- Leading and mentoring product managers and junior team members
- Partnering with Product Marketing on go-to-market strategies, launches, and competitive positioning
- Managing external relationships with EDR vendors and MDR technology providers
- Staying current with cybersecurity trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
- Contributing to internal processes, tooling, and product culture; championing agile and data-driven execution
You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Design, Security Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver outcomes and build high-performing teams.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 4 years in senior or staff-level roles owning end-to-end delivery of software products in B2B SaaS or similar environments
- Deep cybersecurity domain expertise, particularly in MDR, EDR, and Incident Response; ability to speak confidently about threats, technologies, and market dynamics
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products in fast-paced environments using product discovery, data-driven decision making, and agile methodologies
- Strong business acumen: understanding of go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and how product drives revenue and customer success
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to present complex strategies clearly to technical, commercial, and executive audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; comfort in ambiguity and ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information
- Fluent English; German language (C2) required
