Salary: USD 164,000 - 205,000 / annual

Zscaler is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Data Security capabilities, specifically Web DLP and Email DLP products within their Zero Trust Exchange platform. This is a hybrid role based in San Jose, CA (3 days onsite), reporting to the Director of Product Management. You will drive the vision, strategy, and execution for data security products, helping expand a cloud security platform built for innovation, scale, and business enablement. Key responsibilities include: • Own the complete product lifecycle for Data Security products (Web DLP, Email DLP), from concept through delivery and beyond • Define, document, and prioritize product requirements using market research, competitive analysis, and direct customer feedback • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Support, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to execute from ideation to successful market delivery • Support product deployment and sales enablement across beta and production environments • Drive and execute go-to-market strategies with Marketing and Sales to ensure adoption and measurable product success Zscaler is a NASDAQ-listed company that accelerates digital transformation through its Zero Trust Exchange platform, protecting thousands of customers from cyberattacks and data loss. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Qualifications: • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies with experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions within your functional domain • 5+ years of product management experience delivering Cyber Security solutions • Proven experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and data classification products, including understanding of legacy tools and modern AI-based classification methods • Strong technical foundation in Data Security, Email, Proxy, CASB, DSPM, and adjacent technologies • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with ability to operate across technical and business stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: • Experience building roadmaps for Data Security, Data Loss Prevention, or advanced AI-based automated data classification solutions • Technical degree or hands-on engineering background providing architectural depth to lead complex product modules • Knowledge of Browsers, Browser plugins, endpoint agents, security frameworks, and compliance standards
