- Get close to how lenders, owners, and general contractors use data to make decisions and translate that into sharp problem statements
- Partner with data engineering on data models, pipelines, and data quality

- Work with product teams to ensure data is captured well at the source
- Shape data that powers Built's AI features, including the AI Draw Agent and portfolio risk tools
- Track adoption and impact of your products to inform roadmap decisions
- Support sales and customer success with demos and enablement on reporting and data features
Built's culture emphasizes being bold, helping customers win, moving with urgency and purpose, owning outcomes, and continuous improvement. The company expects employees to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of work.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–8 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years owning data, analytics, or reporting products in B2B SaaS
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly in data; ability to answer your own questions and validate what engineering builds
- Working knowledge of modern data stack concepts: warehouses, ELT, dimensional modeling, and BI or embedded analytics tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau)
- Experience writing requirements for data work including metric definitions, data contracts, and acceptance criteria
- Track record of shipping data features and analytics capabilities that customers adopt
- Ability to explain data concepts clearly to both bankers and engineers
- Experience in financial services, lending, real estate, or construction is a strong plus
