As Staff Product Manager, you will own a strategic, multi-project bet from concept through adoption and shipping. This is not a coordination role—you decompose ambiguous company-level bets, sequence work, decide what to invest in and what to drop, and answer for outcomes. You will work without a PM manager above you, making this a high-autonomy, high-impact position.
Key responsibilities include: owning a strategic bet spanning multiple projects with clear accountability metrics; developing and evangelizing strategy over months while building executive conviction; setting product taste standards by talking directly to customers and defining what great looks like; designing workflows where AI handles bulk analysis, prototyping, and synthesis while you frame and decide; running your own SQL queries and analyses in Metabase and Amplitude; and improving how the organization ships through planning rituals, post-launch reviews, and prioritization loops.
You will thrive in this role if you excel at making hard calls with incomplete information, collaborating intensively with engineering and design, choosing the right artifact for the job, reading post-launch data honestly, and multiplying impact through frameworks and coaching rather than doing everything yourself.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning multi-project strategic bets end-to-end; demonstrated ability to turn ambiguity into shipped outcomes; proven ability to build executive conviction and land tough decisions upward; history of shipping fast on small teams where you did the work yourself; fluency with data (pulling, modeling, pressure-testing your own ideas); daily sophisticated use of AI in your workflow with clear-eyed understanding of its limitations; experience developing other PMs formally or informally. Bonus: experience with conversational, LLM-powered, or agentic products, or selling into large enterprises.
This role is not a fit if you need a defined roadmap handed to you, measure contribution by specs written or features launched rather than outcomes moved, prefer solo heads-down work, want clearly defined swim lanes with minimal ambiguity, need large teams or heavy processes to feel productive, or insist on hand-writing every PRD and analysis.
