OneTrust is seeking a Staff Product Manager to join its Product Organization. OneTrust's mission is to enable innovation through the responsible use of data and AI, providing an AI-Ready Governance Platform that unifies regulatory intelligence, automation, and connected governance workflows.
In this role, you will organize, define, prioritize, and lead the execution of a complex product roadmap, typically responsible for multiple products within a product line. You will lead product teams and coach/mentor Product Owners and Product Managers, serving as a key member in aligning solution designs into new platform services and identifying opportunities to drive new business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Successful delivery of multiple products within your product line
- Act as subject matter expert for your product while growing knowledge of adjacent products
- Outline product strategy encompassing customer value, competitive position, and business value
- Define product goals and themes (OKRs)
- Drive product initiatives and lead geographically distributed cross-functional teams
- Drive alignment across product teams and go-to-market teams, contributing to GTM plans with Product Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams
- Set and clearly communicate development objectives, project needs, and status to internal stakeholders and customers
- Serve as primary escalation point for your product line, de-escalating and communicating effectively
You are a subject matter expert capable of handling significant complexity, exercising independent and sound judgment, and thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple personas and competing priorities.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical or business field
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in an enterprise software development environment
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Experience managing product roadmaps and documenting goals and themes for more than one product in a product pipeline
- Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Experience planning for "end of life" in products and leading EOL processes across stakeholders
- Experience contributing to technical debt planning and automation backlog
- Recent experience using Agile/Scrum methodology to build world-class software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to roll up sleeves to get the job done
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams and influencing conversations to drive positive outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a B2B environment with multiple parties involved and/or impacted by product changes
- Strong knowledge or experience in privacy, vendor management, publisher/AdTech, MarTech, sustainability, or compliance
- CIPP/E or CIPM certification
