In this pivotal role, you will drive product vision and deliver measurable business impact across learner, partner, and enterprise experiences.
You will operate at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, navigating ambiguity while influencing cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, and Business stakeholders. The role emphasizes creator-centric UX thinking—you think in experiences, not just features, and have strong instincts about what good authoring and creation tools feel like. You'll pressure-test these instincts with real creators, speak fluently with design partners, and push back when technical solutions don't serve human needs.
Key responsibilities include defining long-term product vision while executing tactically, understanding how product decisions connect to business outcomes (creator retention, content quality, monetization), and exhibiting deep curiosity to design comprehensive, integrated solutions. You'll thrive in uncertain, fast-changing environments typical of startup-like situations, rapidly prototyping and iterating solutions to keep pace with evolving customer needs and emerging technologies.
As an individual contributor at the Staff level, you'll seamlessly navigate between strategy and execution, balancing speed with rigor. While domain expertise in education or creator tools is beneficial, strong intellectual capacity, curiosity, proactiveness, and solid foundational product skills enable quick adaptation. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, or generative AI is helpful but not essential—core PM skills matter most.
