As Staff Product Manager for AI Data Experience, you will own the features and systems that bring contract data into Ironclad and make it useful across the platform. This role sits at the intersection of customer problems, data architecture, product strategy, and AI.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the data import experience and product features, making it easy for customers to bring contracts and metadata from communications platforms, repositories, and business applications while preserving structure, relationships, and provenance.
- Build upon Ironclad's context knowledge graph foundation by defining how contracts, clauses, terms, entities, workflows, and related business objects are connected to provide context to users and AI systems.
- Make data useful across the platform by establishing shared schemas, APIs, events, identifiers, and access patterns that enable Search, Workflows, Analytics, and AI Agents to build on consistent, trusted data.
- Build AI agents on imported data by partnering with AI, Engineering, Design, and domain experts to identify high-value use cases, define required data and context, and ship agents that predict, recommend, triage, validate, and execute work across legal, procurement, sales, finance, and operations.
- Create a data quality and trust flywheel by defining metrics for completeness, accuracy, freshness, and consistency, building feedback loops, and ensuring customers can validate and improve their data.
- Partner closely with the Contract Understanding Platform team on the boundaries between ingestion, extraction, enrichment, and serving to ensure data is built once and reusable everywhere.
You will determine which data Ironclad needs to capture, how it should be represented, how meaning and provenance are preserved as it moves through the platform, and how customers can trust and act on it. This is a high-impact role for a product leader who can move comfortably between customer discovery, data modeling, technical architecture, detailed requirements, and cross-functional execution.
