Traba is building an AI operating layer for the industrial supply chain, starting with contingent labor in manufacturing and logistics. The company has embedded itself deeply in customer operations and now is expanding into broader operational workflows. Backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst, Traba is positioned at the frontier of applied AI for supply chain optimization.
As Staff Product Manager for AI Agents, you will be a founding member of a new team building an agentic platform that synthesizes marketplace data and operates autonomously within customer supply chain workflows. This is a true 0-to-1 product role where you'll design and ship production agents that understand context, reason through ambiguity, make decisions, and execute work on behalf of users—essentially Claude for light industrial businesses.
You will architect and steward product strategy for Traba's AI agent platform, solving complex customer problems by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and evolving AI capabilities. You'll write detailed product requirements, partner deeply with product engineers and ML teams, and rapidly validate and prototype ideas alongside customers and design partners. Your responsibilities include designing agent systems that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, maintain context, and execute meaningful work; defining product behavior and quality frameworks; using data to uncover patterns; and evolving the AI product portfolio with deep understanding of model capabilities and system architecture.
The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of product management experience with a track record of launching products from scratch and driving meaningful customer outcomes. You must have evidence of building AI-native products or customer-facing agent systems—not just AI features, copilots, or chat interfaces, but systems that execute workflows autonomously. You are a first-principles thinker comfortable operating as a peer alongside ML engineers, understanding evaluations, reasoning through system tradeoffs, and participating deeply in technical conversations. You thrive in highly ambiguous startup environments with fast iteration cycles, believe in building shoulder-to-shoulder with customers, and have a builder mentality that embraces scrappiness and rapid problem-solving. You report directly to the VP of Product and will work closely with founders, engineering, ML teams, and early design partners.
