This Staff Product Manager role owns one of the company's most strategically important initiatives: the AI agent platform that enables customers to extend, customize, and run intelligent automation across their IT and security operations. The role operates at the intersection of product strategy, technical architecture, and organizational influence.
Key responsibilities include:
• Owning the vision and multi-year strategy for Kaseya's AI agent platform, which serves as the foundation for customers to extend, customize, and run intelligent automation across IT and security workflows.
• Defining the product direction and technical architecture that enables customers and partners to tailor capabilities to their environment and execute automated workflows reliably, safely, and at scale.
• Driving cross-functional outcomes across engineering, design, go-to-market, and customer success teams to unlock new revenue opportunities and deepen customer stickiness.
• Strengthening Kaseya's competitive differentiation across its multi-product portfolio by establishing the platform as a core strategic asset.
• Influencing organizational strategy and roadmap priorities through data-driven insights, customer research, and technical feasibility analysis.
• Collaborating with executive leadership to align platform investments with broader company objectives and market opportunities.
The successful candidate will have deep experience building developer-facing or extensibility platforms, strong technical acumen, and a track record of shipping complex products that drive significant business impact. This is an individual contributor role with significant scope and influence across the organization.
