Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services by combining frontier agentic AI, enterprise-grade infrastructure, and deep domain expertise. The company is at a true inflection point with strong product-market fit, world-class investor backing, and rapid scaling. As Staff Product Manager for Agents, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core area of Harvey's agent experience. This role sits at the center of the product mission, shaping how users interact with AI capabilities and turn them into trustworthy, usable work. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the full lifecycle of a core product area: discovery, strategy, roadmap, execution, launch, and iteration - Building experiences that help users edit, refine, and verify AI-generated work, including inspecting supporting evidence and identifying areas needing review - Partnering across Design, Product Engineering, Applied AI, Research, and Platform teams to solve problems spanning interface and agent behavior - Translating broad product opportunities into focused releases, testing critical assumptions early and using customer feedback and usage data to guide investment decisions - Maintaining simplicity as Harvey's capabilities expand, making deliberate choices about what to surface, automate, or leave under user control The opportunity addresses real user challenges: making generated documents easier to edit, helping users verify supporting evidence without losing context, and ensuring outputs follow required structure and format. You'll bring strong product judgment and systems thinking to these complex problems, operating with urgency and bias toward simplicity. Harvey's culture emphasizes Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished—moving fast on clear judgment, believing simplicity scales, and never being satisfied with the status quo. REQUIREMENTS: - 7+ years of product management experience building user-facing products, ideally in consumer, prosumer, or product-led B2B environments - Demonstrated experience making complex workflows intuitive, with concrete examples of simplifying experiences while preserving necessary capabilities - Track record owning problems spanning user interface and underlying systems, collaborating with engineers to determine whether solutions require better interaction design, system behavior changes, or both - Proven ability to turn ambitious ideas into useful early releases, validate with users, and make clear decisions to expand, pivot, or stop - Ability to learn unfamiliar technical domains and take ownership of product decisions within them; experience with AI or LLM-powered products is a plus
