6sense is building an AI Operating System that enables intelligent agents to reason, take action, and execute complex workflows across the Revenue AI platform. This Staff Product Manager role is a highly technical individual contributor position reporting to the Product Lead, AI Platform.
You will own critical components of the Agent Platform, including orchestration, agent execution frameworks, tool integration patterns, and developer enablement. Your responsibilities include:
**Agent Runtime Capabilities**: Define the roadmap for core systems powering agent execution, workflow orchestration, state management, and task coordination across the platform.
**Agent Development Frameworks**: Define standards, APIs, and tooling enabling engineering teams to build, deploy, and scale agentic applications consistently. Empower other product teams to build agentic experiences powered by the AI OS.
**Capability Registration Systems**: Partner with engineering to create self-service mechanisms allowing teams to register tools, actions, workflows, and services within the AI OS.
**Developer Experience**: Create SDKs, platform abstractions, and operational tooling that reduce complexity and accelerate adoption across product teams.
**Agent Reliability**: Define platform requirements for observability, evals, debugging, resiliency, failure handling, and operational excellence.
**Multi-Agent Workflows**: Develop foundational capabilities supporting planning, delegation, task execution, and coordination across complex agentic systems.
**Cross-Functional Partnership**: Work closely with AI Platform, Infrastructure, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure platform investments unlock customer-facing innovation.
Strategic themes include building agent infrastructure at scale, enabling platform self-service, creating enterprise reliability standards, and driving developer velocity.
**Requirements:**
- 8+ years in Product Management
- Platform, Infrastructure, AI Platform, or Developer Platform experience
- Experience owning highly technical products with significant architectural complexity
- Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver platform capabilities at scale
- AI Platform Experience: agent platforms, AI orchestration systems, workflow engines, distributed systems, developer platforms, or infrastructure products
- Technical Depth: strong understanding of agent architectures, function calling, tool orchestration, workflow execution, state management, memory systems, multi-agent systems, AI observability, and evaluation frameworks
- Platform Thinking: track record of building products used by multiple teams and supporting a broad ecosystem of internal and external stakeholders
- Cross-Functional Leadership: ability to influence engineers, architects, researchers, and senior executives on highly technical topics
