Join Okta's Login and MFA team as a Staff Product Designer, leading design strategy for authentication and multi-factor authentication flows that serve millions of users worldwide. This role focuses on solving complex identity and access challenges by making authentication seamless for end users while remaining powerful and configurable for developers. You'll own design across Auth0's key login and MFA flows, guiding strategy and raising the craft across the organization. Your responsibilities include prototyping at volume using AI tools and code to explore dozens of design directions rapidly, then narrowing based on what works and solves actual customer problems. You'll simplify complexity by shaping intuitive, scalable experiences with high standards for security and composability, designing customization journeys that make secure authentication seamless. As a Staff-level designer, you'll raise the craft across the broader design organization, helping teams understand how to work effectively with AI tools and code-driven design practices. You'll take pride in expanding your contributions through both design and research-driven insights. You bring exceptional design craft with considered typography, intentional spacing, polished micro-interactions, and details that demonstrate genuine care. You have a mature AI workflow that helps you bring ideas to life quickly and take action to fix design debt directly in code rather than letting it accumulate. You have a real, established AI practice—not just experimentation—with clear opinions about where AI tools help and where they fall short. You excel at simplifying complexity, creating clarity and moments of magic within Auth0's robust and composable product. The team is distributed and diverse, thriving on collaboration and feedback. Designers here have real ownership, influencing product direction alongside engineering and product management. You'll work in an environment that values both craft and catalyst thinking, where design evolves with users, products, and organizational curiosity.
