Your primary focus is funnel optimization, new user experience (NUX), and personalization for guided flows. You'll leverage AI to create personalized customer experiences and design growth systems, experiments, and new product features by translating quantitative and qualitative insights into testable ideas.
Key responsibilities include owning design work across the conversion funnel, championing seamless and delightful experiences for SMB users, facilitating workshops to develop winning ideas, and distilling complex information into beautiful user experiences from brainstorming through high-fidelity delivery. You'll build strong cross-functional relationships with product, engineering, and data teams to conceptualize, build, and ship user-friendly, business-driven products. Required qualifications: 7+ years of professional design experience with at least 4 years on growth teams or in e-commerce/merchandising roles where your work directly drove conversion, basket price, and product adoption gains. You should excel on onboarding and merchandising surfaces, be comfortable with iterative experimentation (A/B testing), and know when to advocate for broader strategic approaches. You're innately curious, comfortable conducting UX research and testing independently, and excel in complexity and fast-paced environments. You balance craft, critical thinking, and business needs to deliver holistic user experiences. Experience with behavioral science is a plus. You have deep understanding of design best practices and contemporary patterns, and ideally experience with B2B companies serving SMBs. You demonstrate an A-player mindset with strong bias for action, raising the bar, moving with urgency, staying resilient through ambiguity, and taking ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.
