Echodyne is a radar technology company pioneering compact solid-state beam-steering radar for autonomous vehicles, uncrewed aircraft, drones, and critical infrastructure security. We're seeking a Multimedia Visual Designer to join our marketing team and help communicate advanced radar technology through compelling visual storytelling.
In this role, you'll work closely with our Creative Director to produce a wide range of marketing assets—from print and digital advertising to video, motion graphics, and 3D visualizations. You'll be responsible for designing marketing collateral, event graphics, website assets, presentations, and social content. Your work will span multiple formats and audiences, requiring you to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visual communication.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and producing marketing collateral, promotional materials, and advertising across print and digital channels
- Editing video content for product storytelling, campaigns, social media, and events
- Creating motion graphics, animated typography, and visual explainers using After Effects
- Optimizing video and motion content for different platforms and distribution requirements
- Working with 3D models to create product imagery, animations, and marketing scenes
- Managing image, video, design, and 3D asset libraries
- Supporting video production, photography, and events onsite as needed
- Collaborating with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams
You'll need 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or visual communications, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is required. Experience with video editing and motion graphics is essential. You should be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and willing to work onsite to support the team.
