As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead end-to-end design efforts for core product areas, taking ideas from early concept through final implementation. You'll own design strategy and execution across complex workflows including inventory management, pharmacy operations, and practice administration. Your responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and engineers to define team roadmaps, facilitating design sprints and user research sessions, creating flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, and evolving the design system to ensure cohesive experiences across the platform.
You'll work in a fully remote environment with a fast-moving, highly collaborative team. The role requires deep partnership with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation that matches design intent, and you'll be instrumental in shaping both product and design culture as the company scales.
You bring 5+ years of experience designing thoughtful, intuitive web applications, with a track record of shipping complex B2B or SaaS products. You think in systems and patterns with strong instincts for usability, interaction design, and information hierarchy. You move fluidly between UX, interaction, and visual design, and have a strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and attention to detail. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, care deeply about quality and craftsmanship, and are pragmatic when needed.
