As Staff Product Designer, you'll own strategy and decision-making for key product surfaces in a dense B2B SaaS application serving the construction industry. You'll lead end-to-end design projects, working closely with customers, engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams to design both internal and customer-facing applications. Your responsibilities include identifying UX and visual improvement opportunities, establishing design critique culture, and raising the bar for craft and design-centric decision-making across the organization.
You'll need 10+ years of experience designing complex B2B software, with particular expertise in workflow-heavy products. The ideal candidate has deep familiarity with dense interfaces, strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement, and technical competence—comfort with code and ability to effectively communicate designs to engineers. You should be proficient in Figma, Notion, and Linear (or similar tools), and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where processes are constantly evolving.
