The company is scaling its design team and seeking a Staff Product Designer to own core experience areas end-to-end.
In this role, you will own a significant product surface or problem area from problem framing through shipping polished, high-craft work. You'll set direction and raise quality standards across the design team, not just execute your own screens. The scope includes the full range of product design: problem framing, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and production-ready work. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, research, and design systems teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
Linktree emphasizes using AI natively in your design process—from exploration and prototyping through shipping—and helping advance the team's AI practices. You'll lead through influence and mentorship, lifting the craft of designers around you while maintaining low ego and high collaboration.
