As Staff Product Designer, you'll be the first designer in the London office, leading design across multiple product areas and setting the bar for design quality across the organization. This is a highly hands-on role that bridges product strategy and craft execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead design across multiple product areas, creating coherence across complex legal workflows and experiences
- Shape product strategy by framing hard problems, influencing roadmaps, and turning ambiguity into bold, practical solutions
- Set and raise the bar for design craft, accessibility, and usability across Legora's product suite
- Partner closely with product and engineering to make smart tradeoffs that protect user experience while shipping quickly
- Explore new product directions from zero-to-one concepts through scaled launches
- Investigate and implement AI-powered design approaches to improve outcomes and velocity
- Help establish Legora as a destination for exceptional design talent in London
You'll need extensive product design experience with a proven track record shipping complex, high-impact products. Exceptional craft in interaction and visual design is essential, with the ability to connect details to the bigger picture. You're comfortable owning ambiguous problems, creating clarity across teams, and moving seamlessly between hands-on design work and product strategy. Strong product judgment and communication skills are critical—you influence direction and inspire confidence across product, engineering, and leadership.
