As Staff Product Designer, you will lead design innovation for autonomous pentesting solutions, working at the intersection of cybersecurity and user experience. You'll shape the future of security products by translating complex technical concepts into intuitive, world-class user interfaces. Your work will directly impact how security teams interact with cutting-edge defensive tools.
Key responsibilities include: distilling complex security problems into approachable user experiences through research and design iteration; partnering with product, engineering, and customers to gather feedback and integrate technical constraints; creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups in Figma that balance security requirements with usability; maintaining and evolving design system components for consistency; conducting user research and usability testing to identify design challenges; ensuring accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.2 standards; and championing innovative ideas that push the boundaries of cybersecurity interface design.
You'll need 10+ years of UX/Product Design experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise SaaS and B2B security domains. You should have a strong portfolio demonstrating world-class product design shipped in Figma or comparable tools, experience contributing to design systems, deep understanding of technical limitations and front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks), and proven ability to work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather design feedback. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments are essential.
