Euclid is accelerating the world's transition to renewable energy by building software that enables renewable energy teams to accomplish in days what typically takes weeks. As Staff Product Designer, you'll lead design across the Euclid platform, working directly with customers executing over 1GW of renewable energy projects.
You'll own the full design lifecycle—from customer research and sketches through high-fidelity mockups and implementation. Key responsibilities include understanding critical user workflows in renewable energy development, designing platform improvements based on customer feedback, contributing to and advancing the design system, and leading the design of new features driven by customer demand. You'll also help translate and redesign existing third-party tools into Euclid's platform and mentor team members while sharing design expertise.
The role requires deep systems thinking to simplify complex information architecture and taxonomy problems into cohesive product experiences. You'll partner closely with product and founding teams to prioritize features, explain design trade-offs to diverse audiences (founders, PMs, engineers, other designers), and validate design decisions through customer research. You should be comfortable working in a resource-constrained, entrepreneurial environment where you generate multiple viable design directions and test them with early customers.
You'll use modern design tools including Figma, Claude, and Paper, grounding all work in real customer research. The ideal candidate combines polish and attention to detail with scrappy problem-solving, bringing both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to build best-in-class enterprise software for renewable energy professionals.
