Duolingo is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join its Design team as a key creative partner across the organization. The role focuses on crafting high-quality, delightful user experiences for Duolingo's language learning app and related products used by over 500 million learners worldwide.
You will work on the user experience across features within the Duolingo language app and play a leadership role on the product design team. This includes collaborating with designers, animators, writers, and researchers to build upon and expand the Duolingo design language. You'll partner closely with engineers and product managers to define both long-term strategy and short-term tactics for products.
The role involves working on a diverse range of challenges—from broadly defined, loose concepts to narrowly defined, tactical features. You'll contribute to shaping the full user experience across mobile apps, websites, brand voice, email newsletters, and community events.
