Inkitt is building next-generation entertainment through AI-driven storytelling and streaming platforms. The company discovers unknown stories using predictive algorithms, produces high-hit-rate ebooks through its Galatea app, and operates CandyJar, the #1 US-based microdrama platform with billions of episodes streamed. Recent expansion includes Ironblood, an AI-native streaming platform for action and adventure content. Backed by top-tier VCs including Khosla, Kleiner Perkins, and NEA Ventures, Inkitt has become the 11th most bestseller-generating publisher globally with a 40x higher hit-rate than traditional publishers.
In this Staff/Principal Product Manager role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Inkitt's marketing-technology and measurement ecosystem—the tooling, data, and signal infrastructure powering user acquisition and lifecycle across Galatea, CandyJar, and Ironblood.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own mobile attribution and measurement end-to-end (MMP, SKAdNetwork/AEM, Conversions API); ensure clean signal flows to Meta, TikTok, and other channels; continuously improve signal quality to drive efficient spend
- Build the measurement and experimentation backbone: incrementality/true-lift testing, event pipelines, audience and segmentation infrastructure, dashboards, and observability for the Growth team
- Own martech stack and integrations (attribution, CDP/event pipeline, campaign & lifecycle platforms, ad-platform APIs); make build-vs-buy decisions, select vendors, and establish governance and QA processes
- Sit embedded with User Acquisition, Growth, Lifecycle/CRM, Analytics, and Engineering teams; translate their needs into a martech roadmap and ship compounding tooling
- Drive features through the entire product lifecycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
- Establish data quality, privacy-by-design, and observability so the business trusts its numbers and moves fast
- Communicate experiment roadmuses, hypotheses, and results to team members and leadership; educate and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Perform quantitative and qualitative research to explore and validate opportunities
The company culture emphasizes ownership and impact. You will spend part of every day researching competitors, industry, and users to generate high-impact feature ideas, maintaining a live Top 3 list of highest-impact ideas for your area. You pitch ideas on a single slide with impact calculations; anything over a week of engineering requires a methodical business case demonstrating ROI. Performance is measured on how often you beat your own Top 3 and the realized impact of what you ship. This is not a role where a roadmap is handed to you—you own execution outright, including release and A/B ramping. Four weeks after launch, every feature is reviewed against predicted impact.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of professional experience in fast-growing B2C consumer tech companies with mobile app experience (measured by years on the job, not title tenure)
- Deep expertise in marketing technology and measurement: mobile attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch), SKAdNetwork/AEM and Conversions API/CAPI, event pipelines/CDP, performance measurement, and incrementality testing
- Proven track record building measurement, experimentation, and martech tooling that made paid acquisition and/or lifecycle materially more efficient
- Exceptional analytical skills; ability to quantify qualitative and quantitative data to make product and strategic decisions; advanced SQL skills required
- Strong technical fluency; ability to partner deeply with engineering on data pipelines, integrations, and tooling (hands-on data-engineering background a plus)
- Experience partnering with paid-UA and/or lifecycle/CRM teams; familiarity with paid-social, paid-search, and DSP/programmatic measurement
- Self-starter who delivers results with limited supervision and thrives in fast-paced, experimentation-driven environments
- Builder mentality with ownership mindset; willing to roll up sleeves and go above and beyond
