Salary: USD 150,000 - 220,000 / annual
EliseAI is a venture-backed AI company (Series E, $250M raised) focused on improving housing and healthcare through agentic AI. The company integrates AI agents into existing workflows to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve user experience. In housing, EliseAI simplifies apartment touring, lease signing, maintenance requests, and tenant communication. In healthcare, the platform streamlines appointment scheduling, intake forms, and patient-provider communication.
The Product Operations Manager will play a central role in scaling new product lines for large, sophisticated enterprise customers. This is a hands-on role with meaningful ownership over execution, launch quality, and iteration speed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate product requirements into clear, buildable workflows through specifications, diagrams, and edge-case definition
- Conduct discovery sessions with new clients to understand needs and requirements
- Drive launch readiness and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders through product releases
- Own enterprise implementation readiness, including migrations, permissions, templates, and configurations
- Lead post-launch follow-through to identify, resolve, and learn from issues
- Use SQL and internal tools to analyze product usage, adoption, and workflow health
- Own feedback loops by synthesizing data from call snippets, monitoring tools, support tickets, and surveys to act as Voice of the Customer
- Build and scale product operations processes, including monitoring, issue resolution, and support operations
- Manage product compliance requirements and collaborate with Legal on regulatory initiatives
- Help attract top talent to the team
The role operates close to both product surface area and underlying data, requiring technical and analytical skills. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with full autonomy and minimal micromanagement.
Requirements:
- Experience in product operations, management consulting, or related operational roles in high-growth tech companies
- Working proficiency in SQL and comfort driving independent analysis
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments
- Strong written communication skills, including specs and process documentation
- High attention to detail with strong ownership and follow-through
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4-5 days per week
