Intuit seeks a Staff-level Learning & Enablement Lead to design and deliver world-class learning experiences for the company's Performance Management & Development (PM&D) system. This high-impact individual contributor role sits at the intersection of instructional design, talent management, AI innovation, and change management. You will own the full instructional design lifecycle for PM&D enablement, translating complex performance management and development processes into engaging, behavior-changing learning experiences. Responsibilities include designing and delivering dynamic learning for managers and employees across all performance cycle stages (goal setting, check-ins, mid-year, year-end, talent reviews, compensation conversations) through live, virtual, and asynchronous formats. You'll apply adult learning principles, cognitive load theory, and behavioral science to create immediately applicable learning experiences. A core responsibility is building and maintaining a comprehensive, curated library of PM&D enablement resources—manager guides, playbooks, toolkits, job aids, scenario-based e-learning, video content, and FAQs—ensuring accessibility, inclusivity, and measurability. You'll integrate PM&D learning into Intuit's broader L&D ecosystem, partnering with the L&D team to embed performance management capability-building into onboarding, manager development, and leadership curricula. You will partner with Product and Tech teams to embed AI-powered coaching nudges, real-time guidance, and personalized learning moments directly into PM&D platforms. You'll design enablement strategies that help users understand, trust, and effectively use AI-enabled features, staying ahead of emerging AI applications in learning design. Content lifecycle management is critical: you'll own and maintain the PM&D content library, ensuring materials stay current and aligned with performance philosophy, policy, and process updates. You'll develop content strategies meeting employees where they are—mobile-friendly resources, just-in-time job aids, and self-serve learning hubs that reduce HRBP dependency. You'll serve as a trusted change management partner, driving adoption for all PM&D cycle updates, new program launches, process improvements, and AI innovations. This includes stakeholder mapping, change strategy execution, program communications (cycle launches, HRBP enablement, manager guides), and adoption measurement. You'll monitor behavior change and adjust approaches based on real-time feedback. Success requires collaboration with program leads, tech/product partners, HRBPs, Communications, Diversity & Inclusion, Manager Development, and senior HR leaders. You'll define learning success metrics, rigorously measure program effectiveness, and use data to continuously improve and demonstrate business impact.
