Salary: USD 145,000 - 168,000 / annual

As a Staff Human Resources Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior business leaders, including Directors, Senior Directors, and Vice Presidents. Your role bridges people strategy with business priorities, helping build high-performing organizations across the company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic HR partnership and counsel to executive leadership
- Talent management and workforce planning aligned with business growth
- Employee relations and organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Leadership coaching and executive development
- Change management support during periods of rapid growth
- Building and scaling People programs that support the organization's expansion
You will balance strategic partnership work with hands-on program execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The role requires both deep HR expertise and the ability to operate flexibly as business needs evolve.
