Form Energy is seeking a Staff HRIS Analyst to provide technical support and optimization of the company's People technology ecosystems, with primary focus on Oracle Cloud HCM. This role sits within the People Systems team and is responsible for ensuring HR technology infrastructure operates smoothly while supporting the company's rapid scaling in battery manufacturing.
Key responsibilities include administering system configuration, data architecture, workflows, and processes; identifying optimization and automation opportunities to streamline HR operations; partnering with the People Systems team to diagnose and resolve system issues; collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize, test, and implement system enhancements and releases; supporting HR data integrity through recurring audits; monitoring HR integrations and escalating failures; and creating end-user documentation for HR teams, managers, and employees.
The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of hands-on experience with HR data systems and technical administration. Required expertise includes Oracle HCM administration, Oracle Fast Formulas, and SQL. You should have demonstrated experience supporting HR functions and projects, strong business analytical skills including facilitation and requirements documentation, and a track record of delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Intermediate Excel proficiency and excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
