Intuit seeks a Staff Facilitator & Training Coordinator to design and deliver high-impact learning experiences while managing end-to-end training operations. This role combines facilitation expertise with operational precision, requiring someone equally comfortable leading dynamic virtual and in-person training sessions as managing LMS administration, scheduling, and compliance tracking.
You will facilitate instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and blended learning sessions focused on customer service, product knowledge, communication skills, and systems navigation across new-hire onboarding and continuous learning programs. Using adult learning principles, you'll create participatory environments with role plays, case studies, and scenario-based exercises where learners drive 80% of the activity. You'll adjust delivery in real time based on learner comprehension, provide 1:1 coaching for those needing reinforcement, and align content with current KPIs and quality benchmarks.
On the operations side, you own end-to-end session scheduling, learner enrollment, LMS administration, and compliance reporting. You'll prepare and version-control training materials, manage pre- and post-training communications, and serve as day-of logistics lead for virtual sessions. You'll track Kirkpatrick L1–L2 evaluation data, identify patterns in attendance and engagement, and contribute insights to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience); 3–5 years facilitating training in contact center, customer service, or financial services with blended learning experience; 1–3 years training coordination or learning operations; proficiency with enterprise LMS platforms (Workday Learning, Docebo, Cornerstone OnDemand) and virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex); strong written and verbal communication and metrics reporting skills.
Preferred: ATD or Kirkpatrick certifications; familiarity with financial services or Intuit products; knowledge of adult learning principles and ADDIE/SAM methodologies; coaching experience with struggling learners; proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Jira).
Reports to the Facilitation Manager. This is a high-impact role requiring both craft (facilitation) and discipline (coordination).
