As Staff Designer for Growth & Monetization, you'll own the end-to-end design of how Eve's AI features get priced, packaged, and presented to law firms. This is a high-leverage role that directly impacts revenue and sits at the intersection of product design and business strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing pricing and packaging strategies: usage tiers, seat/case limits, credit systems, and premium feature positioning
- Owning the complete trial-to-paid conversion funnel, including upgrade prompts, usage visibility, and expansion flows as firms scale
- Prototyping using modern tools (Cursor, Claude Code) and staying involved through engineering handoff
- Running experiments on pricing and upgrade moments, using data to iterate and refine
- Establishing growth design patterns and practices as an early team member in this discipline
- Simplifying complex systems so pricing makes sense to both paralegals and managing partners
You'll work with a world-class team of engineers, designers, and operators from Scale, Meta, Airbnb, Cruise, Square, Rubrik, and Lyft. The culture emphasizes high autonomy, team-first collaboration, and taking ownership of large-scope problems.
Ideal candidates have designed complex, systems-heavy products with real growth or monetization experience. You think systematically, back decisions with data, and run experiments to validate hypotheses. You're already using LLMs as part of your design workflow and are curious about building outside traditional design systems. You care genuinely about your teammates and give honest, kind feedback.
