OpenLoop is a telehealth platform enabling care delivery at scale across all 50 states. This is a founding Staff Designer & Creative Technologist role—the sole creative resource building the creative function from the ground up. You'll own the complete creative function across OpenLoop's DTC portfolio and enterprise marketing work. This includes designing and shipping high-converting landing pages, funnels, and campaign creative across multiple brands simultaneously, often on 1-2 week cycles. You'll set creative standards, hold the quality bar, and serve as the final creative checkpoint before work reaches customers or clients. Key responsibilities: - Design and build DTC landing pages, funnels, and campaign creative across multiple brands, adapting to each brand's voice and audience - Operate as the creative point of contact for marketing and brand leaders across OpenLoop's subsidiaries, advising on creative approach and directing external agency partners - Own creative direction end-to-end for The Counter and other brands - Take designs from Figma into live environments using Webflow, Framer, or similar tools, troubleshooting independently - Partner with growth on A/B testing: form hypotheses, ship variants, read results, and iterate - Build repeatable systems, templates, and documented processes that scale the creative function - Use generative AI as a core part of your daily workflow to compress production time - Make design decisions grounded in performance data and conversion metrics rather than personal preference You'll work from concise briefs and shape them into finished, on-brand work while bringing your own thinking to improve on the initial ask. You'll interrogate briefs before building to ensure the work accomplishes its actual goal. Status updates, blocker identification, and timeline risk flagging are habits, not afterthoughts. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role with no design team above or beside you. Projects move fast, and you're accountable for how creative impacts conversion rate, average order value, and acquisition cost across the brands you support.
