Shield AI, a venture-backed defense-tech company, is seeking a Staff Business Systems Analyst to lead the Order to Cash (OTC) end-to-end implementation and serve as the strategic owner of OTC processes and systems. This is a high-impact role combining ERP implementation leadership with ongoing finance systems strategy.
In the primary ERP implementation mandate, you will act as the Business Lead for the full Order to Cash lifecycle—from requirements gathering and process design through system configuration, UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. You'll lead cross-functional workshops to document current-state Finance processes and define future-state workflows within Oracle Fusion Cloud, translating outputs into functional specifications for Order Management, Pricing, Revenue Management, Receivables, and Collections. You'll oversee data migration strategy and validation for all financial master data, work closely with the Systems Integration vendor to hold them accountable to scope and timelines, and lead functional-level status reporting on milestones and risks across the Finance organization.
You'll execute change management and training plans to drive user adoption, build a network of OTC super users and process champions, and drive post-implementation activities including hypercare support, enhancement prioritization, and quarterly Oracle Cloud update readiness. You'll also partner with Internal Audit and IT Security to ensure Oracle configurations comply with SOX, segregation-of-duties, and regulatory requirements.
Beyond implementation, you'll serve as the strategic owner for all Order to Cash processes and systems, working closely with IT to support Oracle Fusion Cloud system architecture, integration health (including Oracle Integration Cloud interfaces), and a forward-looking technology roadmap. You'll partner with Finance leaders to perform gap assessments, formulate investment proposals, and develop multi-year capability roadmaps. You'll identify and implement process automation and standardization opportunities across the Finance ecosystem, leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud automation, workflow, and reporting capabilities while maintaining audit readiness.
Responsibilities include defining and documenting business processes, data maps, and requirements; performing Oracle Fusion Cloud application configuration and management; providing first-level support to end users; troubleshooting and solving systems problems; collaborating with Accounting business groups; working with third-party vendors; supporting master and transactional data development using OTBI and BI Publisher; and supporting Finance projects to deliver new capabilities.
