Webflow is seeking a Staff Brand Designer to lead the design of the company's primary brand surface—its marketing website and broader brand ecosystem. This is a senior individual contributor role on Webflow's in-house Brand Studio, reporting to the Manager of Brand Studio.
You will own the design and technical implementation of webflow.com, treating it as an experience rather than a collection of pages. This includes shaping narrative flow, pacing, and interaction patterns that express the brand through behavior—motion, type, interaction, and state—not just static layouts. You'll extend the brand system into web-native patterns and reusable components for other designers and marketers.
The role sits at the intersection of brand and web. You'll design and build in the same motion, moving work from concept to shipped page without handoffs. You'll act as the primary technical owner of Webflow's marketing surface, including CMS architecture, component systems, and publishing workflows. You'll build on Webflow itself as a sophisticated customer, making the site proof of what the platform can do. You'll balance craft and technical excellence, making architectural decisions that weigh ambition against performance, scalability, and maintenance burden.
Beyond the website, you'll bring the same standard to campaigns, conference environments, editorial, film, and product brand expression. You'll design for coherence across these surfaces while shipping launches, campaign pages, and fixes under deadline pressure—including high-visibility moments like Webflow Conf. You'll own performance, accessibility, and SEO health as ongoing commitments.
The role values experimentation with emerging tools, including AI and agentic systems. You should be actively exploring what's newly possible and bringing back what holds up in practice.
Full-time, permanent, exempt position. Remote-first, available to candidates in the United States, British Columbia, and Ontario, Canada.
