Fin is an AI Customer Agent company building the highest-performing AI customer support platform on the market. The company is expanding its AI Product Management function and seeking a Staff AI Product Manager to shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core AI systems powering Fin's platform and AI agent.
In this high-ownership role, you will lead a major part of Fin's AI product surface, owning an important area of the AI platform or agent with accountability for vision, strategy, and business impact. You'll work at the intersection of advanced AI research, cutting-edge product development, and real customer problems.
Key responsibilities include: defining and executing the roadmap for a core AI product area; deeply understanding customers, business goals, and underlying AI technology to make high-quality decisions; collaborating daily with ML scientists, engineers, AI designers, and researchers to explore ideas, assess feasibility, and translate advanced capabilities into valuable product experiences; shipping ambitious AI products from early exploration through production launch, running experiments, defining success metrics, and iterating; working across the company with core product, GTM, marketing, support, and operations to drive adoption; and leading through clarity, ownership, and momentum to align teams and drive impactful outcomes.
You should have strong AI and technical fluency, having built or worked deeply with AI/ML products including generative AI. You can discuss model behavior, evaluation, prompts, architectures, and trade-offs with technical partners and work autonomously in complex technical spaces. Excellent product judgment is essential—balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical realities while knowing when to push for ambitious ideas versus iterate quickly. You excel at problem framing and customer insight, independently understanding complex problems through research, data, and direct conversations. You collaborate deeply with engineering and design to ship high-quality software, with expertise in testing, measuring, and iterating on AI systems. Strong communication and leadership skills are critical—you influence widely, bring structure to ambiguity, communicate clearly, and take ownership to raise the bar for your team.
