Fin is building a new AI Product Management function to expand its decade-long investment in in-house AI. This Staff AI Product Manager role shapes the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core AI systems powering Fin's platform and AI agent. You'll work at the intersection of advanced AI research, cutting-edge product development, and real customer problems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a major part of Fin's AI product surface with full ownership of vision, strategy, and impact
- Deeply understanding customers, business goals, and the underlying AI technology to make high-quality decisions
- Collaborating daily with ML scientists, ML engineers, AI designers, and researchers to explore ideas and turn advanced capabilities into valuable product experiences
- Shipping ambitious AI products from early exploration through production launches, running experiments and iterating based on metrics
- Working across the company with core product, GTM, marketing, support, and operations to drive adoption
- Leading through clarity, ownership, and momentum to align teams and drive impactful outcomes
Required skills:
- Strong AI and technical fluency with hands-on experience building or working deeply with AI/ML products, ideally including generative AI
- Excellent product judgment balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Sharp problem framing and customer insight through research, data, and direct conversations
- Ability to collaborate with engineering and design to ship high-quality software with focus on safety and reliability
- Strong communication and leadership to influence widely and create momentum
