The company serves major investment funds and corporations globally, with offices across the US and Asia.
The Staff Accountant will join the Finance team in a fully remote role (US-based) and own critical accounting functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is an individual contributor position focused on execution and technical accounting expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the complete accounts receivable lifecycle: invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries; monitor aging and follow up on outstanding balances
- Review APAC payroll reports and transactions in NetSuite
- Participate in month-end close: journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis (flux reviews)
- Support annual audits and ad hoc accounting projects
- Partner with Treasury Manager on collections strategy
Required qualifications: 2+ years accounting experience in fast-paced environments, strong AR/bookkeeping/GL/month-end close expertise, Bachelor's in Accounting or related field, GAAP knowledge, excellent communication, and intermediate Excel. NetSuite and Salesforce CRM experience strongly preferred.
